GoggleWorks Center for the Arts presents the 6th annual Arts Festival Reading. Over the course of the weekend, thousands of visitors immerse themselves in the arts as they explore GoggleWorks’ city-block sized campus, discover the finest craft artists and vendors, experience demonstrations of virtuosic technique, explore the work made in our juried artist studios, taste local flavors and craft beverages, sing along with musical artists, and connect with other attendees who are excited about the arts.

Browse handcrafted items from over 90 professional artists and craftsmen from around the region. Pick out that perfect, unique gift or find something for your home. A variety of mediums will be represented including ceramics, fiber, jewelry, glass, photography, fine art, and woodworking. See the full line up of visiting artists here.
DEMOS
Learn how things are made! Watch ongoing demonstrations in some of the most popular teaching studios at GoggleWorks. Attendees can watch raku being fired in ceramics, glassblowing in the hot glass studio, woodturning and woodworking in the wood studio, and experience virtual reality sculpture and painting in the Materials Lab.
LIVE MUSIC
In conjunction with Reading Blues Fest, GoggleWorks and Arts Festival Reading will present a live performance by Blind Boy Paxton on Sunday, October 8 at 1pm on the Sly Fox Stage (located on the first floor of the main building). Other performers scheduled throughout the weekend include Skip Moyer, Carl Zeplin & Tim Gross, Tom Shugar, and Ken Gehret.
FOOD & DRINK
Attendees can preview a sample of featured fare by GoggleWorks' new food partners, Belly-Kitchen & Drinkery. Featured cocktails, local wine, and craft beer by Sly Fox Brewing Company will be served on the Terrace Bar. Sweet treats provided by Sweet Ride Ice Cream.
